Tower and Foundation Design:
With a value engineering approach, CLZ provides the most economical tower and foundation design in compliance with the recent design codes (i.e. ANSI/TIA-222-G, ANSI/TIA-222-H, Eurocode).
Audit and Supervision:
As Owner’s Engineer, CLZ supervises, audits and checks the design, manufacturing at the factory and installation at site and reports to the Owner whether the tower is in full compliance with the contract, Owner’s Technical Requirements, codes and technical specifications. CLZ provides site supervision services for tower installation.
Condition and Structural Assessment of Existing Towers:
This service includes assessment of the structural and conditional status of the towers in operation, analysis of effects on the tower the difference between the current and initial design parameters, design check of the tower as per recent codes, provision of advice and design for capacity increase, strengthening and rehabilitation.
Asset Valuation:
In connection with a potential acquisition/leasing of a tower stock, CLZ identifies the conditional and structural status of the asset, estimates the repair maintenance and strengthening costs and provides a valuation report for the asset.
Accessories:
CLZ designs and provides various accessories for towers such as aircraft warning lights, mounts, earthing systems, safety equipment etc.
